We provide delivery to the United Kingdom (excluding Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) for a flat rate of £15 per delivery. Deliveries to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is a flat rate of £18 per delivery.

Deliveries to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is a flat rate of £18 per delivery. We use independent courier services to deliver your order. During extremely busy periods our delivery periods may be extended. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to communicate this with you. *Please note, if you require delivery within the Republic of Ireland, please place your order on domainedesjeanne.ie.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 3 – 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Age Verification

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
